For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

"678v" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our"

Refers to the 678v online gaming platform accessible at https://678v.app, including all associated services, features, games, and content.

"Player" / "you" / "your"

Refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 678v platform in any capacity.

"Account"

Refers to the registered player account created on the 678v platform, through which the player accesses games, manages funds, and uses platform features.

"Balance"

Refers to the total funds held in a player's 678v account, including real-money deposits and any bonus funds credited in accordance with applicable promotion terms.

"Bonus Funds"

Refers to any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins value, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account by 678v.

"KYC" (Know Your Customer)

Refers to the identity verification process required by 678v before processing withdrawals, in accordance with anti-money laundering and player protection obligations.

"PAGCOR"

Refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.

"Prohibited Jurisdiction"

Refers to any country, territory, or region where online gambling is illegal or where 678v is not authorised to offer its services.

"Wagering Requirement"

Refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it — or any winnings derived from it — can be withdrawn as real money.

By accessing the 678v website, creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the 678v platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all players regardless of the device used to access the platform — whether desktop, mobile browser, or any other means of access. The terms apply equally whether you are accessing 678v from Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, or any other location in the Philippines.

If you are using the 678v platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms, and that by accepting these terms you are doing so on their behalf.

To be eligible to register and use the 678v platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. 678v does not permit access to individuals under 21 years old under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity acting in a commercial capacity).
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 678v, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 678v or any recognised gaming authority.
• You have not previously had a 678v account suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

To access the full features of the 678v platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension.

The following rules apply to all 678v accounts:

• One account per player: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 678v platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. 678v will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Accurate information: You must ensure that all personal information associated with your account — including your name, date of birth, address, and payment details — is accurate and kept up to date. Notify 678v promptly if any information changes.
• Identity verification (KYC): 678v reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.
• Account non-transferability: Your 678v account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.

678v reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

678v supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. The standard minimum deposit is ₱100.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant.
• 678v does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• 678v reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or in breach of these terms.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• A fully verified account (completed KYC) is required before any withdrawal can be processed. This is a one-time requirement.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• 678v reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may result in temporary delays.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

678v offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 678v reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• 678v reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and in active use will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with other bonuses unless explicitly stated.
• 678v reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms.

All games available on the 678v platform — including slots, live casino games, bingo, crash games such as Aviator, and adventure titles such as Captain's Bounty — are governed by the individual game rules provided within each game interface, as well as the following general gameplay terms:

• All games on 678v use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems from verified third-party providers. Game outcomes are fair and cannot be manipulated by 678v or by players.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available within the game information panels. These represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 678v will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, 678v cannot guarantee the continuation of any interrupted game session and is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
• Bets placed and confirmed are final. 678v does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in cases of a verified technical error on the part of the platform.
• 678v reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it reasonably determines to have been affected by a technical error, software bug, or any other irregularity that compromised the integrity of the game.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing bets. 678v is not liable for losses resulting from a player's connectivity issues.

678v is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from the potential harms associated with problem gambling. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set alerts that notify them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or longer. During self-exclusion, the player's account is locked and cannot be used to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during a session.

678v reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where it identifies indicators of problem gambling behaviour, including but not limited to unusually high deposit frequency, large loss patterns, or requests for self-exclusion followed by attempts to circumvent the exclusion.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tools available in your account settings and to seek professional support. Gaming should always be a form of entertainment — never a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 678v platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the 678v platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to 678v support immediately. Winnings derived from exploits may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 678v platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 678v staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or depositing funds on behalf of a third party.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or other responsible gaming restriction.

All content on the 678v platform — including but not limited to the 678v brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of 678v or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 678v platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 678v platform without prior written consent.
• Use the 678v brand name, logo, or any other trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on any 678v content.
• Use any content from the 678v platform for commercial purposes.

Game content provided by third-party game providers on the 678v platform remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.

678v collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the 678v platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

678v is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. Your data is used solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, complying with legal obligations, and improving the platform experience.

678v does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities only to the extent necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 678v and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond 678v's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any reliance on information, content, or game results displayed on the platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.

678v's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 678v's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

678v reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Inactivity — accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to dormancy procedures as described in the platform's dormancy policy.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these terms, 678v reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, where the breach involved fraudulent activity or a violation of the prohibited conduct provisions.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting 678v support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

678v reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 678v will notify registered players through one or more of the following methods: a notice displayed on the platform upon login, an email to the registered account address, or an update to the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the 678v platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms & Conditions, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

678v operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) for online gaming in the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
